Woody Invasive Workshop

Get your hands dirty removing invasive plant species from Parker River National Wildlife Refuge this Saturday, February 22nd, from 10:00am to 1pm! Learn plant ID and manual management techniques while helping to cut and pull invasive plants including oriental bittersweet and morrow honeysuckle throughout the Pines Trail at Parker River NWR. Participants will meet at the Pines Trail Parking Lot, not Lot 5. Whether you have previous experience or are looking to learn something knew, this program is for you! 

Wear sturdy shoes and clothes you do not mind getting dirty. Please bring work gloves, plenty of water and bypass loppers if you have them!
