High Trust Project Management Learning Journey

Summary and Objectives: 

The 10-week High Trust Project Management Learning Journey is a special collection of carefully curated management content from proven Franklin Covey offerings. Learners will get a Franklin Covey All Access Pass, attend three live-online courses and complete a series of self-paced online modules designed to develop personal credibility, a culture of high trust, and strategic execution essential to project management. Learners will also receive curated weekly emails focusing on relevant and practical resources to help them increase their official and unofficial project management skills in any role.

The approximately 15-hour journey includes: 

  1.  Live online kick-off session that introduces learners to the Franklin Covey All Access Pass and completion requirements 
  2.  Full-day, live online course: Speed of Trust Foundations 
  3.  Self-paced online modules focused on the 4 Essential Roles of Leadership 
  4.  Full-day live online course: Project Management Essentials 
  5.  Self-paced learning modules focused on Executing Your Team’s Strategy and Goals 
  6.  Full-day live online course: Multiplying the Collective Intelligence of Your Team 
  7.  Extended access to additional Franklin Covey courses and resources



Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:
