David Hines

David joined the water management team at CRFPO in December 2005 and is currently developing an enterprise GIS system for the whole office, providing GIS training, and GIS assistance. David also assists with GIS habitat modeling below the dams on the lower Columbia River.

David worked for the Redwood National Park in 2001 and 2002 as a GIS technician. In the fall of 2002 David began working for the Fish & Wildlife service in Arcata, California, as part of the Student Career Experience Program. In Arcata David was a computer specialist that focused on GIS and database development for the Fisheries and Endangered Species programs.
