Wyoming Youth Wins the 2015 Federal Junior Duck Stamp Competition

Andrew Kneeland, 17, of Rock Springs, Wyo., won the National Junior Duck Stamp Art Contest on April 17 with his acrylic painting of a pair of wood ducks. His art will be made into the 2015-2016 Junior Duck Stamp, which sells for $5 and supports environmental education.

The winning conservation message was written by Sherry Xie, 14, of Great Falls, Va.: "Nature painted us the wetlands, but it is we who must conserve and appreciate the art.”
