10th Annual Arkansas Endangered Species Day Art Contest

The 10th Annual Endangered Species Art was a success!  We want to thank all of the students that participated in the contest.  We had over 850 entries from 49 schools and 3 home schools.  Over 45 threatened, endangered, candidate, and federally at-risk Arkansas species were represented this year.

Our panel of judges included a wealth of knowledge and experience. Judges included Allison Fowler (Arkansas Game & Fish Commission); Leslie Patrick (Outreach Specialist, Arkansas Natural Heritage Commission); Alyssa Bangs, (USFWS Arkansas Ecological Services Field Office), and Rebecca Peak (USFWS Arkansas Ecological Services Field Office).
