Click on image to enlarge.Since 1995, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has provided financial and technical resources to assist Kenai Peninsula communities with restoration of their rivers and streams through its Partners for Fish and Wildlife and Fish Passage Programs. The Kenai Fish and Wildlife Field Office has developed partnerships with private landowners and the Cities of Kenai and Soldotna to restore and protect riverbanks and associated riparian habitat on the Kenai, Kasilof, and Anchor River watersheds.
