Las Cruces High School Students Visit the Sevilleta National Wildlife Refuge

On February 8th, 2006, 80 students and teachers from the Las Cruses High School visited the Sevilleta National Wildlife Refuge. The Refuge visit was part of a tour of Central New Mexico for the group. The Students enjoyed a 45 minute presentation about the Refuges mission and operations, followed by a question and answer session.

Fish and Wildlife Service careers were an area of student interest that was also discussed.
