Wildlife & HabitatThe wildlife that use Baskett Slough NWR as a home or just pass through is diverse and wonderful to see. Ducks, swans and geese can be seen on refuge wetlands throughout the winter. Migratory songbirds can be heard singing along the Baskett Butte Trail.
