BACKGROUND
Our Watershed Protection and Restoration Branch emphasizes working with others to protect and restore habitats for rare and important species throughout Washington. We use a variety of Service programs to provide financial and technical assistance for habitat restoration projects on both private and non-private lands. Our technical assistance is most commonly related to project design, environmental compliance, and invasive species management.
If you have a habitat restoration project you would like to implement with our assistance, please review our Habitat Restoration Activities Funding page. Feel free to contact one of our biologists with any questions you may have. Our dedicated staff of biologists is eager to help you.
