If you are looking for a relaxing spot to have a picnic, perhaps alongside a sparkling river, we've got you covered. We have a covered picnic pavillion at Cox Ferry Recreation Area on the bank of the Waccamaw River as well as picnic tables at our Visitor Center at Yauhannah Bluff overlooking Yauhannah Lake. Come and enjoy the serenity of the sights & sounds of the unique blackwater riverine systems that surround us.
