Two Ponds Tuesday

Volunteer repairing fencing on the refuge

In order to accomplish some of the maintenance and habitat improvement goals at Two Ponds NWR in Arvada, the Refuge staff sets aside the 2nd Tuesday of every month devoted to this endeavor. This is an excellent opportunity for volunteers of all ages to participate in great service projects in order to make their community as well as the neighboring wildlife habitat better. Anyone interested in volunteering their time and skills are always welcome to join us. If interested in more details or information, please call Seth Beres at (303)289-0867. Except when inclement weather prevails, staff and volunteers meet at the main Refuge entrance on 80th Avenue at 8:00am. Hope to see some new faces out there soon!
