The Headquarters Office for Theodore Roosevelt National Wildlife Refuge Complex has moved to Panther Swamp National Wildlife Refuge. The staff includes a Project Leader, Deputy Project Leader, Complex Forester, Complex Biologist, Private Lands Biologist, Administrative Assistant, Office Automation Clerk, and Law Enforcement Officer. This crew, with additional staff on the satellite stations, manages the Complex and thousands of acres of Farmers Home Administration lands scattered throughout the Delta.
