Lottery Hunt Application

To apply for the lottery hunt please email the following information:

Permit Type: Youth or Senior

Youth and Adult Applicant: Youth and adult’s name, address, phone number, hunter safety ID number, and date of birth.

Senior Applicant: Name, address, phone number, and date of birth

If the required information is not provided the applicant will be ineligible for the drawing.
