Andy Bishop

Andy was born and raised in Central Nebraska and has been lucky enough to work with partners on wetland restoration and enhancement throughout the Rainwater Basin Wetland Complex where he grew up hunting waterfowl and upland game birds. As the Rainwater Basin Joint Venture expanded its focus to include priority grasslands, he has worked with numerous partners to support grassland conservation through removal of eastern red cedar, installation of grazing infrastructure, and support of prescribed fire efforts. He and his wife have three children and two yellow labs.
