Visitors
Rainbow trout are stocked each Friday at 8:30am most of the year. For a complete stocking report, including times and locations please call the hatchery.
Lake Mead NPS maintains a fishing pier just south of the fish hatchery entrance. Anglers interested can drop in without reservations or fees. A state fishing license is required, which can be purchased at the Willow Beach Marina along with basic fishing gear. Popular fish include; Striped bass, Largemouth bass, crappie, bluegill, and Rainbow trout.

The hatchery is open for visitors 7 days a week.
Hours are 7 a.m. - 3 p.m. (Arizona time)
Driving Directions
From Las Vegas, NV:
- Drive south on highway 93
- Turn right on Willow Beach Rd at mile marker 14
- Continue 4.5 miles to the hatchery entrance
From Kingman, AZ:
- Drive north on highway 93
- Turn left on Willow Beach Rd at mile marker 14
- Continue 4.5 miles to the hatchery entrance
Tours
During visiting hours guests are welcome to enjoy a self guided tour of the outside hatchery area. There is an information kiosk, brochures and of course lots of fish to enjoy.
