Climate

Temperatures can range from around 0 to 100+ degrees Farenheit. A 40 to 50 degree difference in temperature from day to night is common. Rainfall of less than 8 inches is expected annually. Rains usually come during the summer monsoon season, which typically begins in early July and can last through August and into September. Monsoon type rains are triggered by the heat of the day and tend to come in the afternoon and evening.
