Service Argos, Inc., A Global Data Telemetry and Geo-positioning Services Company for North America - This is the company that provides the satellite tracking services for the brown pelicans.

U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) Bird Banding Laboratory - This site describes the North American Bird Banding program. Many agencies including the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service participate in this program.
