Kinti Snider
J.N. "Ding" Darling National Wildlife Refuge, Sanibel, Florida
Kinti Snider is currently the Youth Ambassador for J.N “Ding” Darling NWR. She currently attends Florida Gulf Coast University as a junior and is majoring in psychology with a minor in education. She graduated from Everglades High School in spring 2009 and began college the following fall semester. This past summer Kinti worked at “Ding” Darling as the STAR (Summer Teachers Assisting Refuges) teacher with refuge ranger Becky Wolff, where she assisted in running summer programs for children and their families. Kinti enjoys the outdoors and working with the great staff at “Ding” Darling while attending school. She hopes to attend graduate school at North Carolina State University after receiving her bachelors from FGCU. She aspires to work with terminally ill children through a non for profit organization while focusing on positive influences and activities for children with a terminal illness.
