2. When I first subscribed, I got a message with some general information. How do I get another copy?

On the subject line of your message enter "help" without the quotes .

3. My e-mail system forces me to put something on the Subject: line. Will that cause a problem? The listserver ignores the "Subject:" line.
4. Is there someone I can contact for help?

Certainly--The U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service control these computers, not the other way around. We'll respond as fast as we can, but it could take several days if we're really busy.
