The Final Conceptual Restoration and Compensation Plan for Whitewood Creek and the Belle Fourche and Cheyenne River Watersheds, South Dakota (144 pages, 1.58 MB)is now available.  This document includes all of the plan, except Section 15.3 from Appendix 5.  Section 15.3 (55 pages, 2.66 MB) of the plan has public comment letters.  Both of these documents are in PDF format; both are rather large files - please be patient while they open on screen.
