Bay-Delta Fish and Wildlife Office makes information relating to FOIA request on the Bay Delta Conservation Plan available to public upon request.

In response to an April 1, 2011 Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request, the Bay-Delta Fish and Wildlife Office compiled and released BDCP-related staff notes, emails and documents that reference:

Sizing of the proposed intake and conveyance facilities to meet Endangered Species Act requirements
Sizing of the proposed intake and conveyance facilities to create a project capable of being permitted by/for BDCP
Need for a larger facility in the North Delta to avoid pumping in the South Delta; and
Impacts of new conveyance facilities on threatened and endangered species in the North Delta.

We also released documents referred to the Bay Delta FWO by NOAA as part of their response to a similar FOIA request.
