Bay-Delta Fish and Wildlife Office

Envisioning a Healthy and Sustainable Bay-Delta Ecosystem

Facing a future of many challenges, it is important that the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service work closely with its state, federal and local partners to plan actions that will promote the conservation of natural resources and provide water for people. In 2009, the Service created the Bay-Delta Fish and Wildlife Office to address the many and variable needs specific to the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta and San Francisco Estuary. The office is under the Pacific Southwest Regional Office.
