Hunt Program

The hunt program on the San Luis NWR Complex includes the Blue Goose Unit, Freitas Unit, Kesterson Unit, San Luis Unit, W. Bear Creek Unit, Merced Unit and Lone Tree Unit.

 

The San Luis NWR Complex is comprised of three National Wildlife Refuges and the Grasslands Wildlife Management Area (GWMA) located in the San Joaquin Valley of California.   We are part of the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, a bureau within the Department of the Interior.

Our mission, working with others in Region 8, is to conserve, protect, and enhance fish, wildlife and their habitats for the continuing benefit of the American people.
