This National Wildlife Refuge Complex is comprised of 3 National Wildlife Refuges and the Grasslands Wildlife Management Area (GWMA) located in the San Joaquin Valley of California.   We are part of the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, a bureau within the Department of the Interior.

 

Our mission, working with others in the Pacific Region, is to conserve, protect, and enhance fish, wildlife and their habitats for the continuing benefit of the American people.
