The area of influence for the vernal pool service area is based on the Southern Sierra Foothills Vernal Pool Region. See the California Vernal Pool Assessment Preliminary Report (1998) by Keeler-Wolf, Elam and Flint. The Drayer Ranch Conservation Bank is approved to provide compensation opportunities, through the sale of vernal pool conservation credits, for impacts in this vernal pool region. |
