Ridgefield Comprehensive Conservation Plan

Ridgefield National Wildlife Refuge has embarked on an important multi-year process to develop a Comprehensive Conservation Plan (CCP) for the Refuge. The CCP will guide Refuge management and public use for the next 15 years. For updates on the CCP, please click the links below:

  • Planning Update #1 (August 2006): Refuge purposes, preliminary Refuge issues and goals.
  • Planning Update #2 (February 2007): Summary of public scoping, key issues that will be addressed in CCP.
