Education
Access
to Pierce National Wildlife Refuge is generally limited to research,
management activities and periodic guided tours. Long-term plans
for Pierce Refuge include the development of an educational program,
materials, and educational sites at Pierce. In the interim, educational
programs are available at the Ridgefield National Wildlife Refuge,
which serves as the Complex Office for the Pierce National Wildlife
Refuge. Education programming is also currently being developed for
the Steigerwald Lake National Wildlife Refuge.
