Environmental Education
The refuge hosts a number of field trips for school aged children as well as for the general public.

Fishing
Sachuest Point is renowned for its fishing opportunties, from the avid saltwater flyfisher to families enjoying an afternoon together. Night fishing permits are available at the refuge office.

Interpretation
Over 2 miles of trails, kiosks, interpetive panels, and viewing platforms await the refuge visitor. Refuge volunteers frequently provide guided tours throughout the year.

Hours
The refuge is open from sunrise to sunset each day.

Use Fees
A Nightime fishing fee is charged for those fishing at nite on the refuge. A season pass is available for $15.00, with a daily pass available for $5.00. Permits are available at the Sachuest Point Visitor Center.
