San Lorenzo Canyon is open to hiking and offers a scenic exploration of the Chihuahua Desert plant and animal life. Unique geological formations make it a wonderful spot for photography. Please contact refuge manager for a map and specific details. The Refuge has approximately 2 ½ miles of trails that are accessible from the Visitor Center.
