The Washita NWR Anniversary Celebration is an annual event to commemorate the establishment of the Refuge. This FREE event features booths and activities to provide a fun family outing where attendees can learn more about their local Wildlife Refuge and the animals and habitats found here. People of all ages can learn about archery, identify native skins and skulls, operate a real wildland firefighting hose, learn to identify animals tracks, and more! |
