Groups, families, and individuals are invited to come out to Blackwater NWR on Saturday, April 13, for our annual Earth Day Litter Pick-up. Help other staff and volunteers clean up the roads around the refuge, and improve the habitat for the many species of animals that live on the refuge.
Safety vests, gloves, tools, and trash bags will all be provided by the refuge. Drinks and snacks will be provided free to volunteers by the Friends of Blackwater. Please call 410-901-6124 if you are interested in participating.
