Overview
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is actively participating in the drafting of the Regional Haze Rule State Implementation Plans (SIPs) by reviewing the drafts and offering comments for improvement. This work is done in cooperation with the National Park Service and the U.S. Forest Service. Comments that have been provided by these federal land management agencies are available in Adobe Acrobat format below. Also provided are links to the States' websites for Regional Haze Programs and/or general Air Quality resources.
