Overview
The Four Corner Power Plant (FCPP), operated by Arizona Public Service (APS), is located on the Navajo Nation and approximatly 50 km from Mesa Verde National Park (NP). The plant is located within 300 km of 16 Class I areas, which also includes Arches, Bandelier, Black Canyon, Canyonlands, Capitol Reef, Grand Canyon, Great Sand Dunes, and Petrified Forest NPs (areas also administered by the National Parks Service (NPS)).
