Ozone Monitoring
Ozone is not monitored in Moosehorn. The State of Maine monitors ozone at a number of sites in the state and the data is available on EPA’s AirData site.

Visibility Monitoring
Visibility has been monitored with an IMPROVE aerosol sampler since 1991. An automatic camera has also recorded visibility conditions in Moosehorn.

The Visibility Information Exchange Web System (VIEWS) site below gives access to air quality data, research and ideas designed to understand the effects of air pollution on visibility. Also provided are the links to the IMPROVE website and Moosehorn overview and data.
