Skaggs Island Bird TourFebruary 15

Skaggs Island is home to many raptors that winter on the refuge. Join Tim Behr of Golden Gate Raptor Observatory on this raptor/bird walk in an area normally closed to the public. This walk will take about 3-4 hours. Wear layers and sturdy shoes, and bring binoculars, water and snacks. There are no restroom facilities at the site. Meet at the South Skaggs Island Bridge off State Route 37.
Driving Directions From SR 121 and SR 37 east 3.8 miles, or from Walnut Avenue on SR 37 west 5.5 miles, turn at Skaggs Island Road (flashing yellow light).
