Beginning in late February and continuing through May, State Route 2 is closed west of the refuge entrance.  This closure will impact those visitors coming from the west.  The posted detour is south on I-280, to SR 51, to SR 579.  This will also impact those exiting the auto tour.  Please pick up an auto tour guide to aid you in finding your way after leaving the auto tour.  ODOT announcement
