Photographers, have you captured great shots of Kirtland's Warbler Wildlife Management Area (WMA)? Photos of the WMA are needed and you may be able to help. Photos may be used on the website, on signs, in brochures and other publications, by a refuge friends group, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, or may be used in other ways to help promote the WMA, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service or the National Wildlife Refuge System.

Please note that parcels of property occupied by the Kirtland’s warbler are closed to all entry during the bird’s breeding season (May 1st – August 15th). Please refer to the rules and regulation for specific details.

To donate a photograph, please fill out the Copyright Release Agreement (FWS Form 3-2259) then either mail a digital copy to:

Instructions:

 

• Email or mail a hard copy of the filled out Copyright Release Agreement Form with a description of the photos you have agreed to donate.
• Please do not crop the photograph in advance. 
• Label each photo with the subject, your name, the date the photo was taken, and if you can, the location it was taken (i.e. county, near the town of ________).
