Friends Of Hagerman

Fish Kid 512The Friends of Hagerman National Wildlife Refuge Foundation (FOH) is a 501(c)(3) corporation whose mission is to instill reverence, respect and conservation of our wild creatures and habitats through supporting environmental education, recreational activities, and programs of Hagerman National Wildlife Refuge and the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service.

The FOH are excellent ambassadors and provide education, outreach and general support for the refuge in many ways.

On the 2nd Saturday of each month, they provide free “Second Saturday at Hagerman” nature programs at the Visitor Center. Special programs for children age four to ten are held at the same time in the Friends Nature Classroom. Every month has a different topic!
