There are several webcams on the refuge all sponsored in partnership with our Friends and other partnerships.  You can click the links to see bald eagles migrating in winter, bald eagle nests, colonial nesting including American white pelicans.  Gaze out on the refuge from the comfort of your home during the cold winter days.

     Stewards of the Upper Mississippi River Refuge (a Friends Group) installed five wildlife viewing cameras on the Upper Mississippi River National Wildlife and Fish Refuge. The best interent brower to view cameras on is Google Chrome. If using Internet Explorer, please upgrade to the current version. Version 8 or earlier doesn’t work.   • Colonial nesting birds

      Stewards of the Upper Mississippi River Refuge (a Friends Group) installed five wildlife viewing cameras on the Upper Mississippi River National Wildlife and Fish Refuge. A video camera is located on South Cormorant Island and you are able to view colonial nesting on refuge: American White Pelicans, double crested cormorants, great egrets, great blue herons and ring-billed gulls.

  • Bald eagle nest cam southwestern Wisconsin

    The eagles at this nest have been fledging young since approximately 2007. The Eagle Valley nest camera is a joint venture between Kohler Trust for Preservation, Raptor Resource Project, Kohler Co., and the Refuge.
