The main entrance road is flooded once again.  Flood waters are expected to recede by early next week, however road repairs will be necessary.  The main entrance road may not reopen until the later part of next week (after May 29th).  Portions of the auto tour route are also being impacted which has forced closures along the tour route.  As waters recede, the tour route will reopen.  Please obey posted closures and re-routed traffic patterns.  Access to the refuge will be allowed through the Marshland Access road.  Visitors may enter the refuge at Marshland Access, 2 miles west on Highway 35.
