Law Enforcement

Sherburne National Wildlife Refuge

Law Enforcement Officers at Sherburne National Wildlife Refuge help visitors understand and obey wildlife protection laws. They work closely with state and local government offices to enforce federal and state hunting regulations that protect migratory birds and other game species from illegal take and preserve legitimate hunting opportunities. Questions regarding Law Enforcement or violations on the refuge should be directed to the Refuge Manager at 763-389-3323.  To report violations, please call the State of Minnesota's TIP hotline at 1-800-652-9093.  For emergencies, dial 911.
