Nestled in the gently rolling foothills of the Ozark Mountains, the Sequoyah National Wildlife Refuge sits at the confluence of the Arkansas and Canadian Rivers.
The fertile bottomlands of the east-central Oklahoma refuge are especially important habitat for waterfowl, as well as a diversity of other wildlife that call the refuge home.
