These backpacks are available at the visitor center. These adventure packs are filled with tools for exploring nature like binoculars, bug jars, a magnifying lens, cloud guide and more.
Learn about wetland habitats and waterfowl conservation by connecting nature and art. This program is for students in kindergarten through twelfth grade. It guides students to communicate visually what they have learned through an entry into the Junior Duck Stamp Art Contest.
Children ages 3-5 are invited to bring their favorite adult to the refuge from 10:30 – 11:30 am on the first Saturday of each month for nature crafts, stories, and walks outdoors. Space is limited; call the Visitor Center to register at 419-898-0014.
Come meet a Park Ranger and participate in hands-on activities and outside programs for children ages 6-10. Swampers will meet from 1-2:30 pm on the first Saturday of each month for nature crafts, walks, and a Swampin’ good time! Space is limited; call the Visitor Center to register at 419-898-0014.
