Volunteers are responsible for informing visitors about Monomoy, directing them to our self-guided walk, and answering any questions they may have about the refuge, displays in the center, or Chatham in general. Volunteers also make sales in the friends of Monomoy bookstore and answer any phone calls for the center. Our typical volunteer involvement includes either a 10:00am-2:00pm or 2:00pm-6:00pm shift at the visitor center. Volunteers can come in as often as they’d like, the more the better! In order to become a volunteer, please contact Matthew Boarman at email@example.com.
There are currently no jobs posted on this Refuge right now.
The Friends of Monomoy is the official Monomoy NWR friends group, who are devoted to the continued protection and management of the refuge, and to the promotion of wildlife oriented education as it relates to the refuge.
