Several resources are available for educators to use either at the refuge facilities or in a classroom outside of the refuge.
Treasure Chests
Three treasure chests are available for use that are filled with environmental education activities for children ages 5-18. A description of each activity in the treasure chest and a reservation form are available to help with planning. These activities may last anywhere from a 15 minute session to a couple of hours...the possibilites are endless!
Microscopes
Inside the Environmental Education Barn are several dissecting microscopes connected to computers that students may use to investigate pond water, debris, soil, or any other samples students may find during their exploration!
