Waterfowl Production Areas are accessible year round. Encouraged outdoor uses include: hunting, fishing, nature study, cross-country skiing, and wildlife photography. Hunting and fishing seasons generally follow state seasons and regulations. District rules and regulations are posted in the Minnesota State Hunting Regulations brochure within the FEDERAL LANDS portion and information pamphlets are available at District office.
