ABanner, 4/7/97:
Entered the ascii files of cwca data given us by R. Dressler, into DBase; aligned
fields to correspond with preexisting cwcadat.dbf file  used in Casco Bay. 
Dropped duplicate Y*** and S*** records, then appended into one file
(allcwca.dbf>>cwwhcov.dbf>>cwwhdata.dbf).  Checked against cwca field in 
coverage mecwcarg; found that have dbf 
data for H201 and M136, M137, but no polys found for these.  Are multiple polys in 
Penn Bay (P***) with same cwcas; however, total unique cwcas here match the dbf file.
