Description: Ignoring distinction between designated 'roosting' or 'feeding' polygons, we selected all recent occurrences: ([Mmddyy] > 19850000.asdate) and ([lesa] > 0), then scored the 'hsi' of selected polygons on the basis of the maximum count; hsi = 10 for > 4 birds, hsi = 5 for 1 to 4 birds.
