Migratory Bird Permits; Changes in the Regulations Governing 
Falconry

Correction

    In rule document 2010-12 beginning on page 927 in the issue of 
Thursday, January 7, 2010, make the following corrections:
    1. On page 929, in the first column, under the Revisions to the 
Falconry Regulations heading, in the third line, ``(d)(1)(ii)(A)(4)'' 
should read ``(d)(1)(ii)(A)(4)''.
    2. On the same page, in the second column, in paragraph (5), in the 
second line, ``Sec. 21.29(d)(1)(ii)(A)(4)'' should read 
``Sec. 21.29(d)(1)(ii)(A)(4)''.
