ACTION: Notice of meeting. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- SUMMARY: The Council will meet at 1 p.m., December 6, 2000, to select North American Wetlands Conservation Act (NAWCA) proposals for recommendation to the Migratory Bird Conservation Commission.
